Meet the team at the Brew Factory Para Hills West SA
Brew Factory is a South Australian owned and operated Brew on Premises brewery.
Allan and Moana have owned the Brewery (which has been open since September 2008) since October 2015. Allan and Mo work tirelessly to ensure the Brewery runs smoothly.
Since the purchase of the brewery, Allan and Mo have concetrated on bringing a highly regarded and appreciated social culture and atmosphere to the brewery with a complete internal fit-out adding SA centric wine barrel themed benches and tables as well as holding regular social events and gatherings.
The Brewing Process
Many of these are styled after some very popular and exotic commercial brews such as Heineken, Guinness and Corona. Others are original recipes which have been designed drawing from many years of experience in the beer business and working with our customers to create specific characteristics.
The Canning Process
Brew Factory has introduced Australia's first Micro-Canning system throughout its stores. The acceptance of this initiative from old, new and re-born customers has been fantastic. By making this available to all small/mid producers of beverages a whole new marketing avenue has been opened.
Kegging Systems
There's a fantastic range of options available for those who would like to set up their own home bar systems, ranging from converting standard fridges or freezers to purchasing a specialised Kegerator with multiple taps.
Brew on premises is sometimes confused with home brew, but our process is far superior for the following reasons:
- we have over 500 of tried and tested, easy to follow recipes.
